Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 days of placing the order.
In rare cases (remote pincodes, courier delays, festivals, weather or stock issues) delivery can take longer, but every order is delivered within 20 days of the order date.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders unless shown otherwise at checkout. A small handling fee may apply on Cash on Delivery orders; it is always shown before you place the order.

Where We Deliver

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Enter your pincode on the product page or at checkout to see Prepaid and Cash on Delivery availability for your area.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you can track it on our Track Order page using your Order ID and mobile number.

Order Not Delivered?

If your order has not reached you within 10 days, email us at [email protected] with:

Your Order ID
Your name and mobile number used for the order
Your full delivery address

After we receive your email we will check with the courier and make sure your order is delivered again as soon as possible.

Refund if We Cannot Deliver

If we are still unable to deliver your order within 20 days of the order date, we will initiate a full refund within the next 7 days. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Wrong Address or Unavailable Customer

Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or incomplete, or the customer was unreachable or refused the parcel, we are not responsible for the delay, and Cash on Delivery orders refused at the doorstep may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.
