Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or the order looks fraudulent. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, you will get a full refund.
• Please check your name, mobile number and address before placing the order.

Prices and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept prepaid UPI payments and Cash on Delivery (where available for your pincode).
• For UPI orders, the order is confirmed once we verify your payment.
• Offers, coupons and prepaid discounts are valid only for the period and conditions shown and cannot be combined unless stated.

Delivery

Delivery timelines and conditions are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Orders are usually delivered in 5-10 days and always within 20 days of the order date.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final: we follow a No Return, No Refund policy, except a full refund when we are unable to deliver your order within 20 days. Please read our Refund & Return Policy.

Product Use

Use all cleaning products as directed on the label. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do a patch test on delicate surfaces before full use. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
